Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with Parkinson's disease suddenly freeze while walking. Researchers will record brain activity from implanted deep brain stimulation devices in 36 participants as they walk in virtual reality. The goal is to identify brain signals linked to freezing episodes, which could lead to better treatments for this disabling symptom.
