First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study aimed to learn more about the unpredictable swelling attacks in people with bradykinin-mediated angioedema, a rare condition that can cause life-threatening airway swelling. Participants would have used a smartphone app daily to report attacks and possible triggers. The goal was to identify patterns over time and factors that might bring on an attack. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants.
