Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective elbow and below-elbow surgeries under supraclavicular brachial plexus block at Pravara Rural Hospital, Loni. 2\. Patients of either sex. 3. Patients aged between 20-60 years. 4. Patients with informed written consent. 5. ASA I and II. \- Exclusion Criteria: 1. Infection at the site of block. 2. Neuropathy (diabetic neuropathy). 3. Allergy to local anaesthetics. 4. Neurological deficits. 5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 6. Old pulmonary pathology. -
