Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new radioactive drug called BPR-6023021 in people with advanced cancers that have spread to their bones. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer's growth in the bones and delay bone-related complications. It is for adults who have already tried standard treatments that didn't work or weren't suitable for them.
