First test: how a new drug behaves in damaged kidneys

NCT ID NCT07012005

Summary

This early study aimed to understand how a drug called BPN14770 is processed by the body in people with severe kidney impairment. It compared 14 participants—some with healthy kidneys and some with severe kidney problems—to see how the drug's levels in the blood differed between the two groups. The main goal was to gather basic safety and dosing information for future research.
