Summary
This study is creating a large database to track the long-term results of a waterjet procedure for men with an enlarged prostate (BPH). It will follow 3,000 men who have the procedure as part of their regular care to see how well it relieves urinary symptoms and improves quality of life. The goal is to collect real-world information on how safe and effective the treatment is over time.
