Summary

This study is testing a new medical device called the ALPFA BPH PFA System for men with bothersome urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate. The device uses pulsed electrical fields to treat prostate tissue. Researchers want to see if this approach is safe and effective for men over 45 who haven't gotten enough relief from standard medications.
