Summary
This study is testing a new device that uses pulsed electrical fields to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) in men. It's for men over 45 whose symptoms haven't improved enough with standard medications. The goal is to see if this one-time procedure is safe and can help relieve urinary problems without requiring ongoing drug treatment.
