New hope for men whose prostate pills Don't work

NCT ID NCT06944145

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a second medication (raloxifene) to a standard prostate drug (finasteride) works better for men with an enlarged prostate. It aims to help men whose symptoms don't improve enough with the standard drug alone. Researchers will also check if a simple blood test can predict who will benefit most from this new combination.
