New prostate treatment under safety watch

Summary
This study is checking the safety and effectiveness of the Optilume BPH Catheter System, a device already on the market, for treating urinary problems caused by an enlarged prostate. It will follow 92 men for 12 months to see if their symptoms improve and to monitor for any serious side effects. A smaller group will also be checked for potential effects on sperm.
