Summary

This study is testing whether a short, 6-week therapy module can help reduce symptoms of borderline personality disorder. Researchers are working with 30 participants to see if this focused treatment approach leads to meaningful symptom improvement. The study measures whether any benefits last for at least a month after treatment ends.
