New shot therapy aims to shield patients with rare immune disorder

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called BP-SCIG 20%, given as a shot under the skin, for people with primary immunodeficiency (a weak immune system). The goal is to see if it is safe and works well to prevent serious infections. About 56 children and adults will receive weekly doses for up to a year. This is a long-term treatment, not a cure.
