Summary
This study tests whether combining the Bowen technique (a gentle hands-on therapy) with backward walking can improve hamstring flexibility, reduce pain, and boost mobility in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 36 adults aged 40-60 with mild to moderate knee OA will participate. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
