Summary

This study tests a surgery that uses a muscle from the buttock to help people with severe bowel leakage that hasn't improved with other treatments. The surgery aims to create a new sphincter to improve control. The study will include 10 adults who have a damaged anal sphincter and are suitable for this procedure.
