Summary

This study aims to find out which tool helps paramedics and doctors place a breathing tube correctly on the first try during emergencies outside the hospital. It will compare using a standard tube alone versus using the tube with a flexible guide called a bougie. The goal is to improve safety and success rates for patients who need emergency help breathing.
