Summary
This study tested an experimental vaccine (G03-52-01) to see if it is safe and can protect healthy adults from botulinum toxin, the poison that causes botulism. Over 600 participants received either the vaccine or a placebo. Researchers measured side effects and checked if the vaccine produced enough antibodies to neutralize the toxin. The goal is to develop a preventive shot for people at risk of exposure.
