Summary

This study looks at how botulinum toxin (Botox) injections change the muscles of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Researchers will use special imaging to measure muscle size, fat content, and stiffness. The goal is to understand the balance between the benefits of treatment and possible muscle damage. About 51 children with CP, aged 2 to 16, will take part.
