NCT ID NCT00437762
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether a botulinum toxin injection (like Botox) can reduce pain in people with tennis elbow that hasn't gotten better after six months of usual care. Sixty-one adults took part in a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. The main goal was to measure pain intensity three months after the injection. The study also looked at grip strength, number of painful days, and how many people needed extra treatments.
