Summary
This study tests whether injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) into skin biopsy wounds can reduce scarring compared to a saltwater placebo. Twelve healthy adults each receive both treatments on two separate biopsy sites, allowing direct comparison. The goal is to see if Botox leads to less noticeable scars over six months.
