New hope for kids with spinal bladder problems: finding the right injection dose

NCT ID NCT02816151

Summary

This study tested whether a lower dose of botulinum toxin injections works as well as the standard higher dose for children with overactive bladder caused by spinal conditions. Researchers compared the two doses in 29 children aged 3-15 whose bladder problems weren't helped by standard medications. The goal was to find the most effective dose while potentially reducing treatment costs and side effects.
