This study tested whether botulinum toxin (Botox) injections can reduce head shaking in people with essential head tremor. 120 adults received either Botox or a placebo injection. The goal was to see if the treatment improved tremor and quality of life. Results may offer a new option for those whose head tremor does not respond to standard medications.
