Summary
This study is testing whether Botox injections in the skin can reduce the severe, stabbing facial pain of trigeminal neuralgia. It compares the real treatment to a placebo (saltwater) injection in patients who haven't gotten enough relief from medications. The goal is to see if this can be a helpful option for people who want to avoid or delay surgery.
