Wrinkle-Smoothing botox may help fade surgical scars

Summary
This study is testing whether injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) into the scar after cleft lip repair surgery can make it less noticeable. It will involve 32 patients with a cleft lip who are having surgery. Researchers will measure the scar's width and appearance to see if the Botox treatment improves it compared to no treatment.
