New drug duo aims to control advanced colon cancer

Summary

This study tests two drugs, botensilimab and balstilimab, in 16 people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink or stabilize tumors. If the cancer worsens, standard chemotherapy is added. Participants are followed for up to 2 years.
