Summary
This study tested which of two common antiseptic solutions works better for treating fungal ear infections (otomycosis). Doctors compared boric acid drops against povidone-iodine drops in 60 patients. They checked which treatment cleared the infection and reduced symptoms like pain and itching more effectively.
