Heel pain study tests bone marrow vs platelet injections for lasting relief

Summary
This study tests two types of injections—bone marrow or platelet-rich fibrin—to treat chronic plantar fasciitis (long-term heel pain). About 72 adults with heel pain lasting over 6 months will receive one of the treatments under ultrasound guidance. The goal is to see which works better for reducing pain and improving foot function.
