Your own bone marrow could boost hip surgery recovery

Summary
This study aims to see if adding a patient's own bone marrow to a standard hip surgery leads to better recovery from a torn hip labrum. It will compare 80 adults aged 18-55 who get the surgery alone to those who get the surgery plus the bone marrow injection. The main goal is to see which group reports less pain and better hip function over two years.
