Could a shot of your own bone marrow boost knee surgery results?

Summary
This study looks at whether injecting bone marrow fluid into the knee during routine arthroscopic surgery can improve pain and function. Fifty adults with cartilage or meniscus injuries will be randomly assigned to get either a bone marrow injection or a saltwater injection during their procedure. Participants will be followed for a year to track their recovery through questionnaires about pain and daily activities.
