Summary
This study aims to understand the long-term health journey of people with rare bone marrow failure diseases. Researchers will follow 1,000 participants, including some family members, for up to 20 years to see how these diseases and their treatments affect the body over time. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future care, not to test a new treatment.
