Summary

This study looks at how liver transplant surgery changes bone density in adults with chronic liver disease. Researchers will measure bone mineral density before and at 3 and 6 months after transplant using DEXA scans. The goal is to understand who is at higher risk for bone loss and fractures after transplant.
