Summary

This study tests whether a new type of screw (Bone Bolt) can reduce pain better than standard screws after surgery for a specific pelvic fracture (LC-1). About 100 adults aged 18-80 who need surgery for this injury will be enrolled. Pain levels will be measured using a 0-10 scale to see if the new screw provides meaningful improvement.
