Summary

This study aims to understand if a patient's body weight affects how much of the breast cancer drug Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan stays in their blood and what side effects they experience. It will enroll 210 people with advanced breast cancer, comparing those with normal weight to those who are overweight or obese. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors better manage treatment for patients of different sizes.
