Summary
This study is testing whether a training program can help reduce shoulder and back pain in mothers who are breastfeeding. The program teaches posture correction, comfortable breastfeeding positions, and simple muscle-strengthening exercises. Researchers are comparing 94 mothers who receive the training to those who do not, checking their pain levels and comfort during breastfeeding at 6 weeks and 3 months after giving birth.
