Summary

This study looks at how body composition (fat and muscle) and metabolism (energy use) differ between Filipino athletes and non-athletes. Researchers will measure things like fat mass, muscle mass, resting metabolic rate, and athletic performance in 120 adults aged 20-40 and 60-69. The goal is to create better training and nutrition plans for Filipino athletes and promote healthy aging.
