Summary

This study tested a new drug combination for people with advanced melanoma that had stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. The treatment involved injecting BO-112 directly into tumors along with pembrolizumab given through a vein. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors and be safe for the 42 participants enrolled.
