Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BMS-986523, either alone or with other cancer medicines, in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that have a specific genetic change (KRAS). The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and to find the right dose. About 252 adults will take part, and researchers will also look for early signs that the drug shrinks tumors.
