Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called BMS-986523, both alone and combined with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it shows any signs of helping control the cancer. The trial is for people with specific advanced cancers, including certain types of lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancer, who have already tried standard treatments or cannot receive them.
