Summary

This phase 2 trial tests a drug called BMS-986504 in people with advanced solid tumors that have lost a gene called MTAP. The drug is given alone or with other cancer medicines. The study aims to see if the drug shrinks tumors and how safe it is. About 260 adults will take part.
