Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BMB-101 in 16 adults with Prader-Willi syndrome, a condition that causes constant, severe hunger. The goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce that hunger and improve daily life. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either BMB-101 or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they are getting.
