First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study compares a single injection of bone marrow concentrate (BMAC) to a standard steroid shot (triamcinolone) for hip osteoarthritis pain. About 100 adults with moderate to severe hip arthritis will receive either treatment and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if BMAC provides longer-lasting pain relief and better function than the steroid.
