NCT ID NCT07433491
Summary
This study is testing whether wearing blue-light blocking glasses in the evening can help teenagers with mental health conditions fall asleep faster and sleep better. Researchers will enroll 40 teens aged 12-18 who have insomnia or a delayed sleep schedule. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can improve sleep and potentially reduce anxiety and irritability.
