Summary
This study tests whether wearing blue-blocking glasses at night can help teenagers aged 12-18 who have trouble sleeping and are also dealing with mental health issues. The goal is to see if the glasses can help them fall asleep faster and improve their sleep patterns. Forty participants will wear the glasses for one week, and researchers will measure changes in sleep and melatonin levels.
