Simple stool test could spot blood thinner danger early
NCT ID NCT07327853
Summary
This study is testing if a simple at-home stool test can detect hidden bleeding in people who are starting blood-thinning medications for heart conditions. Researchers want to see if checking for blood in stool before and a few months after starting the medication helps find stomach or intestine problems early. The goal is to see if this routine testing could help doctors catch issues before they become serious.
