Simple blood test could tell doctors if cancer treatment will work

NCT ID NCT07376512

Summary

This study aims to see if a blood test can predict which patients with advanced lung cancer or melanoma will respond to a common type of immunotherapy. Researchers will analyze tiny particles in the blood of 378 patients before and during their standard treatment. The goal is to find markers that help doctors choose the right treatment sooner, avoiding ineffective therapies for patients who won't benefit.
