Blood test could predict how well your broken bone will heal

NCT ID NCT06872775

Summary

This study aims to see if a simple blood test can predict how well a broken bone will heal. Researchers will follow 110 adults who have recently broken a bone in their arm or leg. They will collect blood samples at specific times after the injury to check for RNA markers that might forecast normal healing, delayed healing, or failure to heal.
