Summary

This study is testing a new approach for people with early-stage lung cancer who have had surgery. Researchers are using a special blood test to look for tiny traces of leftover cancer. If the test finds these traces, patients receive a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy to try to stop the cancer from returning.
