Could a simple blood test replace risky biopsies for lung nodules?

NCT ID NCT07399210

Summary

This study is testing a new blood test to see if it can accurately tell whether a lung nodule found on a scan is cancerous or benign. Researchers will enroll 240 adults who have small lung nodules detected by a CT scan. The goal is to see if this non-invasive test can help doctors make a diagnosis without needing a more invasive procedure first.
