Could a blood test replace your treadmill fitness exam?
NCT ID NCT07393841
Summary
This study aims to see if a simple blood test can measure your body's aerobic fitness level as accurately as a complex treadmill test. Researchers will enroll 250 healthy adults, measure their fitness with a standard test, and take a blood sample on the same day. The goal is to create a reliable blood-based tool to track fitness and performance changes over time.
