Summary

This study tests whether a blood test called Karius Spectrum can help doctors find the cause of an infection faster in people with weakened immune systems. About 2,000 adults with conditions like organ transplants or cancer will give one blood sample. The goal is to see if this test leads to quicker treatment and less unnecessary antibiotic use.
