Summary
This study is testing a new blood test designed to detect colorectal cancer early. It will collect blood samples from 6,500 people, including those newly diagnosed with cancer and those undergoing routine colonoscopies. The goal is to see if the test can accurately spot cancer by looking for specific DNA changes in the blood.
